Práce obsahuje podrobný literární rozbor problematiky zelených střech, popis jejich typů, vlastností, konstrukcí a materiálů včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. Teoretická analýza je zaměřena na porovnání tepelných vlastností zelené střechy během letního období s tradiční střešní konstrukcí a jejich vyhodnocení pomocí modelovacího softwaru DesignBuilder. Praktická část zahrnuje funkční návrh dřevostavby rodinného domu se zelenou střechou obsahující architektonickou studii, projektovou dokumentaci, technickou zprávu a základní tepelně technické posouzení. The thesis contains a detailed literary review of green roofs, a description of their types, properties, structures and materials, including their advantages and disadvantages. Theoretical analysis is focused on comparison of thermal properties of green roofs as well as traditional roof component. Numerical model of roofs was prepared in DesignBuilder software. The practical part includes a functional design of a wooden house with a green roof containing an architectural study, project report, technical report and basic thermal assessment.
