Využití intenzity a spektrálního složení umělého světla na kořenění rostlin

[cze][eng] Diplomová práce pojednává o zkoumání vlivu různých světelných zdrojů na zakořenění dvou modelových rostlin (především LED diod). Byl založen dvou faktorový pokus, přičemž mezi první ovlivňující faktory patřily různé světelné podmínky a mezi druhé ovlivňující faktory patřila stimulace řízků. Pokus byl proveden ve skleníkových podmínkách, kde byly zhotoveny oddělené boxy, lišící se dle zdroje osvětlení: Led modré, Led červené, Led modré + červené, Led modré + červené + bílé, a také HPS (sodíkové výbojky). V průběhu pokusu byly hodnoceny fyziologické parametry: obsah chlorofylu v listech (NDVI index), a také parametr fluorescence chlorofylu (Fv/Fm index). Na konci tohoto pokusu byly vyhodnoceny morfologické parametry, mezi které patřily: počet kořenů, hodnocení délky kořenů na řízcích a hodnocení sušiny. Nakonec bylo vypočteno celkové procento zakořenění řízků pro jednotlivé světelné varianty. U modelové rostliny Ligustrum ovalifolium Hassk. se v rámci hodnocení procenta zakořenění řízků dosáhlo nejlepších výsledků pod světelnou variantou Led modrá (se stimulátorem), a také oproti kontrolní variantě dosahovala průkazně vyššího procenta zakořenění i varianta Led modrá + červená (se stimulátorem). U nestimulovaných variant oproti kontrolní variantě dosáhla nejvyššího procenta zakořenění varianta Led modrá + červená. U modelové rostliny Weigela ´Eva Rathke´ nejvyššího procenta zakořenění dosáhla varianta HPS (se stimulátorem). U nestimulovaných variant dosáhla nejlepších výsledků (procenta zakořenění) varianta s Led modrými + červenými + bílými světly, a také výrazně vyšších hodnot oproti kontrolní variantě dosahovala i varianta Led červená. V pokusu bylo zjištěno, že v průměru nejvyšší počet kořenů vytvářela Weigela ´Eva Rathke´, a to pod variantou Led červená (se stimulátorem). V rámci hodnocení parametrů (délky a počty kořenů) na řízcích vykazovaly téměř všechny světelné varianty s LED diodami vyšší schopnost tvorby kořenového systému na řízcích.Diploma thesis discusses an effect of various light sources on an ingrainment of two model plants (mainly LED diodes). Two - factor experiment was based. Various lighting conditions belonged among the first influencing factors and cuttings stimulation belonged among the others influencing factors. An experiment was conducted in greenhouse conditions where separated boxes were made. These boxes had different source of the lighting: Led blue, Led red, Led blue + red, Led blue + red + white, as well as HPS (sodium lamps). Physiological parameters were evaluated during the experiment: a content of chlorophyll in leafs (NDVI index), as well as a fluorescence parameter of chlorophyll (Fv/Fm index). Morphological parameters (number of roots, evaluation of root length on cuttings and evaluation of dry matter) were evaluated at the end of this experiment. Finally, the total percentage of ingrainment of cuttings for each light variant was calculated. The model plant Ligustrum ovalifolium Hassk. achieved the best results under the light variant Led blue (with a stimulant) as part of the evaluation of the percentage of ingrainment of cuttings, and also the variant Led blue + red (with stimulant) achieved a conclusively higher percentage of ingrainment (compared to the testing variant). In case of unstimulated variants (in comparison with testing variant) the Led blue + red variant reached the highest ingrainment percentage. In case of a model plant Weigela 'Eva Rathke' the HPS variants (with a stimulant) reached the highest percentage of ingrainment. In case of unstimulated variants the best results (percentages of ingrainment) were achieved by the variant with Led blue + red + white lights and also the Led red variant was significantly higher than the testing variant. The experiment discovered that on average the highest number of roots was produced by Weigela 'Eva Rathke', under the variant Led red (with a stimulant). As part of the evaluation of the parameters (lengths and numbers of roots) on the cuttings almost all light variants with LED diodes showed a higher capacity for root system formation on the cuttings.
