Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu pandemie COVID-19 na produkci a nakládání s komunálním odpadem (KO). Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli měla pandemie Covid-19 na tuto oblast kvantifikovatelný vliv. Pomocí dat společnosti CENIA bylo porovnáváno období 2015-2019 a pandemický rok 2020. Změny chování domácností v oblasti produkce a nakládání s KO byly zjišťovány pomocí dotazníkového šetření ve vybraném území. Výsledky ukazují, že pandemie neměla významný vliv na produkci a nakládání s KO, přesto bylo zjištěno, že v některých domácnostech došlo ke zvýšení množství odpadu, jednou z příčin byla například produkce odpadu díky online objednávkám na internetu. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the production and management of municipal waste. The aim of this work is to find out whether the Covid-19 pandemic had a quantifiable effect on this area. The data of CENIA were used to compare the period 2015-2019 and the pandemic year 2020. Changes in the behavior of households in the area of production and disposal of waste were determined using a questionnaire survey in a selected area. The results show that the pandemic did not have a significant effect on the production and management of waste, but it was found that some households had an increase in waste, one of the reasons being, for example, the production of waste due to online orders on the Internet.
