Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s návrhem implementace modelu Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti Kordárna Plus a.s. Na základě poskytnutých podkladů získaných od dané společnosti je praktická část věnována strategické a finanční analýze, z nichž jsou pro jednotlivé perspektivy odvozeny strategické cíle. Ke strategickým cílům jsou přiřazena měřítka s cílovými hodnotami roku 2015. Poté jsou určeny strategické iniciativy, které vedou k splnění daných cílů. Závěr práce zobrazuje časový harmonogram konceptu Balanced Scorecard spolu s vyčíslením nákladů na realizaci strategických akcí a zavedení samotného konceptu Balanced Scorecard do podniku Kordárna Plus a.s. This thesis deals with issues related to the proposal of the Balanced Scorecard model implementation at company Kordárna Plus a.s. On the basis of data obtained from the company, the practical part deals with strategic and financial analyses. Strategic targets from these analyses are deduced of the perspectives. Measures with values of 2015 are assigned to the strategic targets. A determination of the strategic initiative leads to accomplishing the strategic targets. The final part of the thesis deals with a time schedule of the basic framework of the Balanced Scorecard. The thesis deals also the calculation of the costs caused by the implementation of the strategic initiative and placement of the model of Balanced Scorecard at company Kordárna Plus a.s.
