Závěrečná práce je zaměřena především na téma biologicky rozložitelných obalových materiálů, které nacházejí své využití v různých odvětvích lidských čiností. V tomto textu se zaměřuji především na potravinářský průmysl, který denně spotřebovává obrovské množství plastového materiálu a vytváří z něj odpad, který má stále nízkou míru zhodnocení. Zaměřím se na jednu z možností řešení tohoto celosvětového problému, kterým je používaní biologicky rozložitelných plastových obalů, místo těch konvenčních, nerozložitelných. The final thesis is focused on the topic of biologically degradable plastics, which are being introduced into many areas of human activities. In this document I will aim at the food industry, first and foremost, that consumes an enormous amount of plastic material each and every day, creating waste with still a very low value. The text focuses on one of the options how to mitigate this worldwide issue – using biologically degradable plastic packaging instead of the conventional, not degradable ones.
