Tato diplomová práce „Využití intraperitoneální aplikace lidokainu u potkana“ shrnuje poznatky o účinku intraperitoneálně aplikovaného lidokainu do peritoneální dutiny. Jako modelová zvířata byly použity samice potkana outbredního kmene Wistar albino. Úvodní část práce je věnována literární rešerši, ve které jsou rozebrána lokální anestetika, mezi která se řadí právě lidokain. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny základní způsoby aplikace látek do organizmu, přičemž je pozornost věnována primárně intraperitoneální aplikaci. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou rozebrány charakteristiky vybraných imunitních buněk. Experimentální část diplomové práce se zabývá vlivem lidokainu na peritoneální dutinu potkana. Peritoneální dutina je velmi citlivá, a proto v ní lze dobře pozorovat imunitní odezvu. Byl sledován absolutní a diferenciální počet imunitních buněk u experimentální skupiny potkanů oproti skupině kontrolní. Cílem práce bylo stanovení vlivu lidokainu na peritoneální dutinu a interpretace výsledků pomocí statistického programu. This diploma thesis "Utilization of intraperitoneal application of lidocaine in the rat" summarizes the findings on the effect of intraperitoneally applied lidocaine in the peritoneal cavity. Female Wistar albino outbred rats were used as experimental animals. The introductory part of the work is dedicated to a literature research, in which local anesthetics are analyzed, including lidocaine. Furthermore, the basic methods of application of substances into the body are presented in this section, while attention is paid primarily to intraperitoneal application. The last chapter of the theoretical part discusses the characteristics of selected immune cells. The experimental part of the diploma thesis deals with the effect of lidocaine on the peritoneal cavity of the rat. The peritoneal cavity is very sensitive and therefore the immune response can be well observed. The absolute and differential numbers of immune cells were monitored in the experimental group of rats compared to the control group. The aim of the work was to determine the effect of lidocaine on the peritoneal cavity and to interpret the results using a statistical program.
