Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spotřebních daní z alkoholu a tabákových výrobků v pěti vybraných zemích. Práce porovnává přístup zemí k dané problematice, výši sazeb a podíly, které tvoří příjmy z těchto spotřebních daní na státních rozpočtech. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů, popsání vývoje harmonizace v Evropské unii a zákonné úpravě jednotlivých zemí. Cílem praktické části je porovnat objemy výnosů státních rozpočtů z vybraných spotřebních daní, vytvořit doporučení pro Českou republiku a zjistit, jaký dopad by měly tyto změny na státní rozpočet. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of excise duties on alcohol and tobacco products in the five selected countries. The thesis compares countries' approach to the subject, the level of rates and shares that make up the income from these excise taxes to the state budget. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic concepts, describes the development of harmonization in the European Union and the regularization of the individual countries. The goal of the practical part is to compare the volumes of revenues the state budget from selected excise taxes, establish recommendations for the Czech Republic and to find out what impact these changes would have on the state budget.
