Different nano-composites including graphene oxide (GO), reduced graphene oxide (rGO), biochar (Bc), and copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) were used in the present study to prime tomato seeds before planting. Different nano-composites with different concentration are GO 25 mg/L, GO 50 mg/L, GO 75 mg/L, rGO 25 mg/L, rGO 50 mg/L, rGO 75 mg/L, Bc 25 mg/L, Bc 50 mg/L,Bc75 mg/L GO-Cu ratio 8:1 (GO-Cu 8:1), GO-Cu ratio 16:1 (GO-Cu 16:1), rGO-Cu ratio 8:1 (rGO-Cu 8:1), rGO-Cu ratio 16:1 (rGO-Cu 16:1), Bc-Cu ratio 8:1 (Bc-Cu 8:1), Bc-Cu ratio 16:1 (Bc-Cu 16:1), CuNPs. The seed germination process was observed to assess the effect of nano-composites. The results showed that all GO, rGO, Bc, CuNPs nano-composites when using for seed priming remarkably improved the seed germination process by increasing germination percentage and shortening mean germination time especially GO 75 mg/L, rGO 75 mg/L, rGO-Cu 16:1. Furthermore, seedling growth process was also studied. At the appropriate concentration, nano-composites could significantly make plant growth process faster and better especially GO 75 mg/L, rGO 75 mg/L, rGO-Cu 16:1. V této studii byly použity různé nanokompozity včetně oxidu grafenu (GO), redukovaného oxidu grafenu (rGO), biouhlu (Bc) a nanočástic mědi (CuNPs) k aktivaci semen rajčat před výsadbou. Různé nanokompozity s různou koncentrací jsou GO 25 mg/L, GO 50 mg/L, GO 75 mg/L, rGO 25 mg/L, rGO 50 mg/L, rGO 75 mg/L, Bc 25 mg/L, Bc 50 mg/L,Bc75 mg/L v poměru GO-Cu 8:1 (GO-Cu 8:1), v poměru GO-Cu 16:1 (GO-Cu 16:1), v poměru rGO-Cu 8:1 ( rGO-Cu 8:1), v poměru rGO-Cu 16:1 (rGO-Cu 16:1), v poměru Bc-Cu 8:1 (Bc-Cu 8:1), v poměru Bc-Cu 16:1 (Bc- Cu 16:1), CuNP. Proces klíčení semen byl sledován za účelem posouzení účinků nanokompozitů. Výsledky ukázaly, že všechny nanokompozity GO, rGO, Bc, CuNPs při použití pro aktivaci semen výrazně zlepšily proces klíčení semen zvýšením úspěšnosti klíčení a zkrácením střední doby klíčení, zejména GO 75 mg/L, rGO 75 mg/L, rGO-Cu 16:1. Dále byl sledován proces růstu sazenic. Ve vhodné koncentraci by mohly nanokompozity výrazně urychlit a zlepšit proces růstu rostlin, zejména GO 75 mg/L, rGO 75 mg/L, rGO-Cu 16:1.
