Práce je zaměřena na formulaci podmínek, za kterých je pro vybraný podnik efektivní pronajímat obchodní plochy v jeho vlastnictví a určení, zda je dosažení těchto podmínek reálné. Na základě alternativního využití obchodních ploch dojde k jejich komplexnímu zhodnocení pomocí peněžních i nepeněžních kritérií. Hlavním zjištěním je výběr investičního projektu, který je na základě zvolených kritérií pro podnik nejvýhodnější a do kterého se více vyplatí investovat. This thesis is focused on establishing conditions, under which is effective for chosen business to lease commercial spaces in its possession and assessment, whether such conditions are achievable. Based on alternative use of such spaces, complex evaluation will be made using financial and non-financial criteria. The main outcome is choosing an investment project which is based on chosen criteria beneficial for the company and therefore worth investing in.
