Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování v současnosti dostupných zdrojů o problematice a využití akvaponických systémů. Vysvětleny jsou základní principy fungování a historický vývoj. V další části je pak rozebírán podrobný popis třech využívaných systémů včetně kritického hodnocení jejich výhod a nevýhod. Všechny typy systémů jsou také detailně rozebrány z hlediska konstrukce rybích nádrží, pěstebních části, filtračních zařízení, oběhu vody i řešení způsobu aerace. V rámci práce je také vyhodnocení údajů o struktuře produkovaných rostlin a ryb včetně jejich nároků na kvalitu prostředí. Třetí kapitola popisuje řízení a postupy pro správný chod akvaponie, jejímž stěžejním bodem je stanovení vhodného poměru množství ryb a pěstovaných rostlin. V závěru práce se zamýšlím nad potenciálními faktory ovlivňující realizaci a perspektivu využití akvaponií. Součástí této úvahy je také konkrétní vypracování ekonomické rozvahy domácího akvaponického Medium systému. The bachelor thesis is focused on the processing of currently available resources on the issue and use of aquaponic systems. The basic principles of operation and historical development are explained. In the next part, there is a detailed description of the three systems used, including a critical evaluation of their advantages and disadvantages. All types of systems are also analyzed in detail from the point of view of the construction of fish tanks, growing areas, filtration equipment, water circulation and aeration solution. The thesis also evaluates the data on the structure of produced plants and fish, including their demands on environmental quality. The third chapter describes the procedures for the correct operation of aquaponics, the key point of which is the determination of the appropriate proportion of fish and cultivated plants. At the end of the work I consider the potential factors influencing the realization and perspective of the use of aquaponics. Part of this consideration is also a concrete evaluation of the economic balance of the domestic aquaponic Medium system.
