Borýsková, L. Bezobalový prodej na trhu potravin. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021. Diplomová práce se zabývá bezobalovými obchody na trhu potravin. Cílem práce byla charakteristika trhu bezobalového prodeje potravin a určení rizik, která jsou s tímto způsobem prodeje spojena. Cílem bylo zároveň vysvětlit chování spotřebitelů na tomto trhu a identifikovat motivy, které jsou pro spotřebitele rozhodující v případě využití tohoto prodeje. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě zkoumání současné problematiky obalových materiálů a současné situace bezobalového prodeje na evropském trhu. Naplnění cíle bylo podpořeno dotazníkovým šetřením a hloubkovými rozhovory s majiteli bezobalových obchodů. Na základě dosažených výsledků jsou formulovaná obecná doporučení, která podpoří informovanost spotřebitelů, budování jejich loajality a zvýšení spotřeby bezobalových produktů na trhu potravin. Borýsková, L. Non-packaging sales in the food market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with non-packaging stores on the food market. The aim of the work was to characterize the market of unpackaged food sales and determine its risks. Furthermore, the thesis aimed to explain the behaviour of consumers on this market and identify the crucial motives for decision-making of consumers. The evaluation was car-ried out based on an examination of the current issues of packaging materials and the current situation of non-packaging sales on the European market. The fulfilment of the goal was supported by a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the owners of non-packaging stores. Based on the achieved results, general recommendations are de-fined, which aim to support customer awareness, build their loyalty, and increase the con-sumption of non-packaging products on the food market.
