Cílem této práce bylo shrnout vliv klimatické změny na lesní a agrární ekosystémy v geo-pedologickém kontextu. V rámci práce byli popsány jednotlivá období holocénu a některé metody jeho výzkumu, s jejich klimatickými, vegetačními, antropogenními a pedologickými charakteristikami. Byla zpracován souhrn změn základních klimatických charakteristik vycházejících z výstupů klimatických modelů pro Českou republiku a vypracován souhrn možných změn půdních charakteristik a degradačních procesů reagujících na změnu klimatu. Klimatické podmínky společně s vlivem člověka byli úzce propojeny s vývojem půd a sedimentů v období holocénu. Dle klimatických modelů pravděpodobně dojde k nárůstu průměrné roční teploty vzduchu až o 3,3 °C, největší navýšení proběhne v oblastech teplých oblastech jižní Moravy a Polabí. Pravděpodobně také dojde ke změně v chodu úhrnu srážek během roku a jejich podoby. Většina pozitivních vlivů klimatické změny na půdu, bude potlačena nedostatkem dostupné vody. Očekává se posílení degradačních procesů, hlavně vodní a větrné eroze a posun zemědělských výrobních oblastí, do oblastí s méně úrodnými půdami. The aim of this paper was to summarize the impact of climate change on forest and agrarian ecosystems in a geo-pedological context. Within the framework of the thesis, the different periods of the Holocene and some of its research methods were described, with their climatic, vegetation, anthropogenic and pedological characteristics. A summary of changes in basic climatic characteristics based on the outputs of climate models for the Czech Republic was prepared and a summary of possible changes in soil characteristics and degradation processes in response to climate change was elaborated. Climatic conditions together with human influence were closely linked to the evolution of soils and sediments during the Holocene period. According to climate models, there is likely to be an increase in annual mean air temperature of up to 3.3 °C, with the greatest increase occurring in the warm areas of southern Moravia and the Polabí region. There is also likely to be a change in the pattern and form of annual precipitation. Most of the positive effects of climate change on land will be counteracted by the lack of available water. Degradation processes, mainly water and wind erosion, are expected to increase and agricultural production areas are expected to shift to areas with less fertile soils.
