Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitřním kontrolním systémem. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o typech kontrol, popisuje interní a externí audit a zaměřuje se na složky vnitřního kontrolního systému. V praktické části jsou popsány kontroly probíhající ve firmě. Cílem je seznámit se s vnitřním kontrolním systémem společnosti zabývající se kovovýrobou, ohodnotit kvalitu systému pro externího auditora a navrhnout změny. The bachelor thesis deals with an internal control system. The theoretical part contains information about types of controls, describes internal and external audit and focuses on the components of the internal control system. In the practical part there are described company controls. The goal is to get to know the internal control system of the company dealing with metalworking, evaluate the quality of the system for the external auditor and propose a change.
