Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo posoudit a vyhodnotit faktory ovlivňující počet somatických buněk v mléce českého strakatého skotu ve vybraném podniku v kraji Vysočina. Mezi zkoumané faktory byly zařazeny stádium a pořadí laktace, obsah tuku a bílkovin v mléce a množství somatických buněk v mléce během jednoho roku. Data, která byla vyhodnocena, pocházela z kontroly užitkovosti daného podniku za rok 2021. U vybraných hodnot byly vypočítány průměrné hodnoty a další matematicko-statistické ukazatele, které byly následně mezi sebou porovnány. Po vyhodnocení a porovnání dat bylo zjištěno, že na počet somatických buněk má vliv stádium a pořadí laktace. U obsahu tuku, bílkovin a celkového nádoje za normovanou laktaci nebyl zjištěn žádný vliv na počet somatických buněk. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to assess and evaluate the factors influencing the number of somatic cells in milk of Czech spotted cattle in a selected enterprise in Vysočina region. The factors investigated included the stage and order of lactation, fat and protein content of milk and the number of somatic cells in milk during one year. The data that were evaluated were from the farm's 2021 performance check. For the selected values, the average values and other mathematical and statistical indicators were calculated and compared with each other. After evaluation and comparison of the data, it was found that the number of somatic cells is influenced by the stage and order of lactation. No effect on somatic cell count was found for fat, protein and total rumen for normal lactation.
