[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce pojednává o reformě ústřední státní správy v České republice, která je neustále probíhajícím procesem již od 90. let minulého století. Reforma prošla od té doby několika změnami, přičemž mezi jednu z nejcitelnějších lze zařadit realizaci strategie Smart Administration. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu SA zhodnotit, jaká pozitiva a negativa přináší realizace této strategie, především u institucí, jimiž jsou úřady městských částí, magistrát města Brna, územní pracoviště Finančních úřadů a Katastrální úřad na území města Brna. Fakta budou ověřována prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které je zaměřeno na klienty těchto úřadů a na jejich postoj k současné úrovni poskytovaných služeb, zejména prostřednictvím kontaktních míst Czech POINT a systému datových schránek.Bachelor thesis deals with the reform of central state administration in the Czech Republic, which is a continuous ongoing process since the 90's of the last century. The reform passed the number of changes, among one of the most important is implementation of the strategy Smart Administration and the aim of this thesis is evaluation positives and negatives, which realization of this strategy brings. Evaluation is based on the analysis of the current state of SA and studied institutions are City Offices, Brno City Municipality, local offices of the Financial Office and Cadastral Office in Brno. The facts are verified by a questionnaire survey, which is focused on clients of these authorities and their attitude to the current level of provided services, especially through Czech POINT and data boxes.
