cze Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the diversity of weed species and their control on land with photovoltaic power stations. The research was conducted in 2013 on the site of photovoltaic power plant Unín by means of phytocenological relevés. The results show that directly under the photovoltaic panels the most represented species were Tanacetum vulgare, Senecio vulgaris, and Achillea millefolium L. On other areas within the power plant, Dactylis glomerata L., Festuca rubra, and Cirsium arvense (L.) Scop. were identified as the most abundant species. In addition to these weed species, Apera spica-venti, Trifolium hybridum and Vicia sepium were also abundantly represented in the alleyways between rows of panels. The research lead to the identification of Cirsium arvense, Tanacetum vulgare, Salix triandra, Salix alba, Anthriscus sylvestris as weed species potentially problematic for power plant operation.
