Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice nekalých obchodních praktik při poskytování spotřebitelských úvěrů. V práci identifikuji právní úpravu nekalých obchodních praktik v českém právním řádu a také právní úpravu nepřiměřených podmínek ve spotřebitelských smlouvách. V analytické části uskutečním rozbor skutečných případů nekalých praktik při poskytování spotřebitelských úvěrů. Na základě teoretických poznatků budou vydány doporučení, jak nekalé praktiky eliminovat a jak se s nimi vyrovnat. The bachelor thesis deals with issue of unfair business practices in the provision of consumer loans. In this work I identify the legal regulation of unfair commercial practices in the Czech legal system and also the legal regulation of unfair terms in consumer contracts. In the analytical part, I will analyze the actual cases of unfair practices in the provision of consumer credit. Based on theoretical knowledge, recommendations will be issued on how to eliminate unfair practices and how to deal with them.
