Suchárová, V. Vliv pandemie Covid-19 na vývoj kongresového cestovního ruchu v České republice. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady pandemie Covid-19 na akce veletržního a kongresového průmyslu v České republice za rok 2020 z pohledu organizátorů akcí a vystavujících firem. Hlavním cílem je identifikace dopadů na obou stranách, a to prostřednictvím zpracování výsledků z dotazníkového šetření u vystavovatelů a strukturovaných rozhovorů u organizátorů a odborníků z praxe. Na vliv pandemie je poukázáno i prostřednictvím změn hospodářských ukazatelů a návštěvnosti na konkrétním příkladu veletržního centra. Výzkumné části předchází literární rešerše, ve které je vymezena problematika kongresového cestovního ruchu, a také pozice veletržních akcí v marketingovém mixu. V závěru práce jsou v ekonomicko-manažerských souvislostech doporučeny návrhy pro zlepšení situace a zmírnění dopadů pandemie na daný sektor. Suchárová, V. The bachelor thesis deals with the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the events of the trade fair and congress industry in the Czech Republic in 2020 from the point of view of event organizers and exhibiting companies. The main goal is to identify the impacts on both sides by processing the results of the questionnaire survey of exhibitors and structured interviews with organizers and practitioners. The impact of the pandemic is also pointed out through changes in economic indicators and attendance using the specific example of a trade fair centre. The research part is preceded by a theoretical basis, which defines the issue of MICE tourism as well as the position of trade fair events in the marketing mix. At the end of the thesis there are recommended proposals to improve the situation and mitigate the effects of the pandemic on the sector in the economic-managerial context.
