[cze][eng] Limnologické a hydrobiologické parametry byly porovnávány se složením potravy tří rybích druhů (cejna velkého, plotice obecné a okouna říčního) v meso -- eutrofní nádrži (Česká Republika). Ryby byly odloveny s použitím 100 m zátahové sítě, plůdkové sítě a tenatních sítí při obou březích v dolní i horní části nádrže v období let 2011 -- 2012. Detritus, perifyton and úlomky makrofyt byly dominantní u skupin 3-4+ (73 - 163 mm) a 6-8+ (150 - 266 mm), bentičtí bezobratlí byli recedentní.Zooplankton byl dominantní v potravě okounů skupin 0+ (16 - 86 mm) a 1+ (52 - 81 mm). V letním a podzimním období tvořili cyprinidé a okouni dominantní část potravy okounů 5-7+ (112 - 300 mm), zatímco detritus dominoval v letním období. Bentičtí bezobratlí byli recedentní.Potravní chování cejna a plotice lze vysvětlit využitím mělkých partií nádrže při obou březích k výtěru a jako úkrytu před predátory. Tyto mělčiny jsou bohatými zdroji potravy, včetně přisedlého perifytonu. Dospělí okouni sehrávají důležitou roli v řízení rybích obsádek, protože jejich potravní tlak na konzumenty zooplanktonu přispívá ke snižování produkce fytoplanktonu a tím I ke zlepšování kvality vody.Limnological and hydrobiological parameters were compared with food composition for three fish species (bream, roach, perch) in a meso-eutrophic reservoir (Czech Republic). Fish were sampled using a 100 m beach seine, a fry seine and gillnets at both the lower and upper ends of the reservoir in 2011 and 2012. Food composition was evaluated using gravimetric methods. 0+ bream (36-48 mm standard length) diet consisted of zooplankton only; while in 3-4+ bream (146-186 mm), detritus and aquatic vegetation dominated. In summer, diet of 6-9+ (210-315 mm) bream from beach seines consisted mainly of aquatic vegetation and mainly of detritus when caught in gillnets. Benthic macroinvertebrates and zooplankton were minor dietary components throughout the season. For all roach age groups studied, zooplankton were a negligible food item. Detritus was dominant in 0+ (36-52 mm) and 1+ (72-110 mm) fish. Detritus, periphyton and macrophyte fragments were dominant in 3-4+ (73-163 mm) and 6-8+ (150-266 mm) fish, with benthic macroinvertebrates taken rarely. Zooplankton was dominant in 0+ (16-86 mm) and 1+ (52-81 mm) perch diet. In summer and autumn, cyprinid and perch fry dominated in adult 5-7+ (112-300 mm) fish, while detritus dominated in spring. Benthic macroinvertebrates were recedent. The food intake of bream and roach could be explained the shallowness of the reservoir banks, the rich littoral zone being used for spawning, hiding and for food periphyton. Adult perch play an important role in fish stock management, consuming fish fry that otherwise consumes zooplankton, which subsequently affects phytoplankton levels and water quality.
