Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o konkurenci v odvětví energetiky a dopady na českého spotřebitele. Nejdříve je rozebraná konkurence v kontextu energetiky, způsoby regulace trhu, hodnocení tržní síly a metody měření indexu spokojenosti zákazníka. Druhý oddíl práce se zabývá vývojem energetiky, proběhlou liberalizací až po současnou situaci. V praktické části je provedena analýza konkurence v elektroenergetice a v plynárenství. Z provedeného dotazníkového šetření je reálné domácnosti navržen nejvýhodnější dodavatel elektřiny a zemního plynu. This thesis is about the competition in the energy sector and the impact in the Czech consumer. First, there is an analysis of the competition in the context of energy sector, market regulations rules, assessment of market power and methods of measuring the customer satisfaction index. The second section of the work deals with the development and liberalization of the energy sector until now. In the practical part there is an analysis of the competition in the electricity and gas sector. Based on the conducted survey there is a proposal for households that explains which supplier of electricity and natural gas is the most advantageous.
