Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice ochranného pásma vodního zdroje v jímacím území Vranovice I a Vranovice II, které se nachází v Jihomoravském kraji, okrese Břeclav na katastrálním území obcí Vranovice, Žab-čice, Uherčice Nosislav, Přísnotice a Velké Němčice. V první části práce se vyskytuje literární rešerše, kde jsou zachycena témata zabývající se vodou nejen obecně, ale také se zaměřením na vody podzemní, zdroje pitné vody, jakost a znečištění vod a zejména na ochranu vodních zdrojů. Témata, jako jsou geologie, geomorfologie, hydrologie, hydrogeologie, půdní fond, zemědělství a klimatické poměry, vztažena k zájmovému území jsou popsána v následující části práce. Podrobněji se pak v této části zabývám popisem aktuál-ního využití zájmového území a popisem jímacích území. Další navazující části se zabývají revizí pásma hygienické ochrany vodního zdroje jímacího území Vranovi-ce I a Vranovice II, jež v dotčeném území existuje téměř beze změn od roku 1986. This bachelor theses discusses the issue of the water source protection zone in the mining territory of Vranovice I and Vranovice II, located in the South Moravian region, the district of Břeclav in the cadastral territory of the municipalities of Vranovice, Žabčice, Uherčice Nosislav, Přísnotice a Velké Němčice. The first part of the work features literary research, where topics dealing not only with water in general but also with a focus on groundwater, drinking water sources, quality and water pollution and, in particular, the protection of water re-sources are captured. Topics such as geology, geomorphology, hydrology, hydrogeology, soil fund, agriculture and climate conditions related to the interest area are described in the following section of the work. I then go into more detail in this section about the current use of the Interest Territory and the description of the Catering Territory. Other downstream parts deal with the revision of the sanitation zone of the water source of the Vranovice I and Vranovice II territories, which has existed in the ter-ritory in question almost unchanged since 1986.
