POSPĚCH, Rostislav. Regulace reklamy v obchodní činnosti. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova Univerzita v Brně, 2020. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá reklamou v obchodní činnosti a její regulací, při-čemž popisuje nástroje právní a mimoprávní regulace. V práci jsou analyzovány ekonomické dopady na podnikatelskou činnost subjektů, které se z určitých důvo-dů dopustily porušení právní úpravy reklamy. Práce se mimo jiné zabývá kon-krétními případy zadávání neetických reklam nevyhovujících etickému Kodexu. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení pro podnikatelské subjekty jako zadavatele reklam. This bachelor’s thesis deals with advertising in business activities and its regula-tion, where it describes legal and non-legal instruments of regulation. This thesis analyses the economic impact on business activity of a business entity that, for certain reasons, have violated the legal regulation of advertising. Among other things, this thesis also deals with specific cases of unethical advertising that were incompatible to the Ethics Code. Finally, recommendations for business entities as advertisers are given.
