Pro osoby s tělesným postižením je stále složité začlenit se do pracovního procesu a na volný trh práce. Stále se v této oblasti potýkají s předsudky, a to jak ze strany zaměstnavatele, tak ze strany společnosti. Kromě předsudků se potýkají i s dalšími překážkami, které jim v inkluzi na trh práce brání. V rámci diplomové práce identifikuji tyto překážky a jejich zdroje a navrhuji opatření pomocí kterých se tyto překážky mohou zmírnit nebo odstranit. Při návrzích kladu důraz na zapojení zaměstnavatelů, státu a neziskových organizací do řešení této problematiky. Šedivá, K. People with physical disabilities in the labour market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. It is still difficult for people with disabilities to integrate into the work process and the free labour market. They still face prejudices in this area, both from employers and from society. In addition to prejudice, they face other barriers to their inclusion in the labour market. In the thesis, I identify these barriers and their sources and propose measures through which these barriers can be mitigated or removed. In my proposals, I emphasize the involvement of employers, the state and non-profit organizations in addressing this issue.
