Diplomová práce se zabývá chováním spotřebitele a bezobalovým prodejem. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout marketingová doporučení pro prodejny zabývající se bezobalovým prodejem. Dílčím cílem je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují spotřebitele při nákupu v bezobalové prodejně a zjistit hlavní motivy, které vedou spotřebitele v těchto prodejnách nakupovat či nikoliv. Literární rešerše popisuje danou problematiku a tvoří ucelený přehled z oblasti chování spotřebitele, marketingové komunikace, obalů, odpadů, Zero Waste přístupu a bezobalového nakupování. Vlastní práce se věnuje analýze na trhu bezobalového nakupování a primární data byly zjištěny z dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů. Bylo zjištěno, že faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují spotřebitele jsou vlastní zkušenost, kvalita, dostupnost a cena. Doporučení byla vytvořena převážně na zlepšení komunikace bezobalových prodejen, jelikož většina respondentů si myslí, že tyto prodejny nejsou dostatečně propagované. The diploma thesis deals with packaging and consumer behaviour. The aim of this thesis is to propose marketing recommendations for stores dealing with non-packaging sales. The partial goal is to identify factors that affect consumers when shopping in a non-packaging store and to find out the main motives that lead customer to shop in these stores or not. Literary research describes the issue and forms a comprehensive overview of consumer behaviour, marketing communication, non-packagign shopping, waste Zero Waste and the primary data were obtained from a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. The factors that most influence customers have been found to be their own experience, quality, availability and price. The recommendations were made mainly to improve the communication of non-packaging stores, as most respondents think that these stores are not sufficiently promoted.
