Ve své práci se zabývám tématem Motivace mladistvých k návštěvě klubu mládeže při Středisku volného času. V teoretické části popisuji pojmy jako je volný čas, pedagogika volného času, výchova, vzdělávání, komunikace, motivace, střediska volného času, otevřené kluby, rámcové a školní vzdělávací programy, hra a zpětná vazba. Jsou to oblasti, témata, která si myslím, že pro práci s dětmi a mládeží v klubech mládeže je velice důležitá. Vše spolu nějakým způsobem souvisí. V další části práce, což je praktická část, je cílem pomocí rozhovorů zjistit, proč klub navštěvují, co návštěvníci ve svém volném čase dělají, co je v klubu baví, jestli ho rádi navštěvují, jak často ho navštěvují, jak vnímají prostředí, jestli se jim tam líbí, co by se jim tam líbilo, co jim v klubu chybí. Popřípadě díky odpovědí respondentů, namyslet v klubu nové činnosti a formy, aby se zvýšila návštěvnost mladých, motivace, kreativita účastníků a jejich smysluplné naplňování volného času. The author of this assignment discusses a subject of Motivation of the youths to attending the youths’ club at the Leisure time centre. In a theoretical part the author explains the terminology such as leisure time, leisure time pedagogy, education, communication, motivation, a leisure time centre, open clubs, education framework, school education programmes, games and the feedback. These are, in the author’s opinion, very important areas where work with the children and the youths is concerned. They are all interconnected. In a practical part of the assignment the author describes how by the way of the interviews she collated information to answer the following questions: Why do people attend a club? What other activities do they do in their free time? What in particular do they enjoy about the club? Do they enjoy visiting the club? How often do they attend the club? What is their opinion on the environment of the club? Do they enjoy the club? Is there anything missing that they would like to see at the club? Furthermore, in response to the answers, the author makes suggestions of new activities to increase the attendance of the youths, their moti-vation and creativity in order to make their free time meaningful.
