Bakalářská práce se zaobírá dopady koronaviru Covid-19 na cestování rezi-dentů České republiky. Cílem práce je rozpoznat tyto dopady koronaviru na cho-vání Čechů při cestování po České republice i zahraničí v letech 2018 až 2021. V literární rešerši je vymezena problematika cestování a cestovního ruchu, spo-třebitelského chování v rámci cestování, a nakonec i managementu cestovních kanceláří v krizi. V praktické části pomocí stanovených ukazatelů výkonnosti ces-tovního ruchu jsou vymezeny ekonomické dopady v rámci ČR, Evropy i světa. Ná-sledovně, dle dalších ukazatelů, jsem se zaměřila na chování rezidentů a jejich změny v preferencích při cestování. S ekonomickými ukazateli byly rozpoznány dopady koronaviru na cestovní kanceláře a oba pohledy (spotřebitel služeb ces-tovního ruchu, poskytovatel služeb cestovního ruchu) jsou uvedeny v souvislosti s vládními restrikcemi. Primární data získané z dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativ-ního výzkumu – rozhovoru, jsou zpracovány podobně pomocí ukazatelů výkon-nosti cestovního ruchu a podpořeny sekundárními daty. Proběhl také test hypoté-zy z dotazníkového šetření odvozené od výzkumného problému. V diskusi a závě-ru, kromě limit mé práce, jsou shrnuty důležité identifikované dopady a změny v preferencích cestující v kontextu s dalšími studiemi. S využitím podobných histo-rických krizí a vyvíjejících se trendů v cestování, byl předpovězen budoucí vývoj těchto dopadů na cestovní ruch.Hlavinková, A. This bachelor the-sis deals with the impacts of the Covid-19 coronavirus on the travel of residents of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify these impacts of the coronavirus on the travel behaviour of Czech residents in the Czech Republic and abroad between the years 2018 and 2021. The literature analysis defines the is-sues of tourism, consumer behaviour during travel, and finally the management of travel agencies in a crisis. In the practical part, the economic impacts within the Czech Republic, Europe and the world are defined using established tourism per-formance indicators. Subsequently, according to other indicators, I focus on the behaviour of residents and their changes in travel preferences. With the econo-mic indicators, the impacts of the coronavirus on travel agencies have been reco-gnized and both perspectives (tourism consumer and tourism service provider) are presented in the context of government restrictions. Primary data obtained from the questionnaire survey and qualitative research – interview, are similarly processed using tourism performance indicators and supported by secondary data. A test of the hypothesis from the questionnaire survey derived from the re-search problem was also conducted. The discussion and conclusion, in addition to the limitations of my work, summarise the important impacts identified and chan-ges in traveller preferences in the context of other studies. Using similar historical crises and evolving travel trends, the future evolution of these impacts on tourism has been predicted.
