Práce se zabývá problematikou pozemkových úprav a jejich vlivem na udržitelný rozvoj zemědělské krajiny. V části literární rešerše jsou detailně popsány pozemkové úpravy, již od jejich počátku, přes typy pozemkových úprav, náročný proces projektování, druhy financování a legislativu až po jejich blahodárný vliv na udržitelný rozvoj venkovské zemědělské krajiny. Praktická část se zabývá přípravnými činnostmi v projektu komplexní pozemkové úpravy v obci Šumice u Uherského Brodu. Nejdříve byla provedena analýza současného stavu, na niž navázala tvorba map G1, G2 a G3 a byl proveden terénní průzkum. Hlavní pozornost se ubírala především na zjištění problematiky erozního smyvu a efektivního zpřístupnění pozemků, tyto faktory jsou hlavním důvodem provádění pozemkové úpravy a vedou k zajištění lepšího udržitelného rozvoje území. This work deals with the issue of land consolidation and their impact on the sustainable development of agricultural landscapes. The part of the literary research describes in detail the land consolidation, from the very beginning, through the types of land consolidation, demanding design process, types of financing and legislation to their beneficial impact on the sustainable development of rural agricultural landscape. The practical part deals with the preparatory activities in the project of complex land consolidation in the village Šumice near Uherský Brod. First, the current state analysis was carried out, followed by the creation of G1, G2 and G3 maps and a field survey. The main focus was on the identification of erosion shear and the effective access to land, these factors being the main reason for land consolidation and leading to better sustainable development of the area.
