Tato práce je zaměřena na vliv ročního období na parametry masné užitkovosti vykrmovaných býků. Do hodnocení bylo zahrnuto 93 kusů býků českého strakatého skotu a jeho kříženců. Jejich průměrné parametry masné užitkovosti byly 443,47 kg u hmotnosti jatečně upraveného těla, 616,4 g u netto přírůstku, 3,21 u zmasilosti a 2,30 u protučnění. Potvrdil se zde vliv ročního období na masnou užitkovost. U hmotnosti jatečně upraveného těla, netto přírůstku, protučněnosti a živé hmotnosti byly hodnoty vyšší u býků narozených v zimě a na jaře. U denního přírůstku živé hmotnosti a zmasilosti vliv roční-ho období nebyl průkazný. Obecně se mé výsledky shodují s tvrzením některých autorů, že vysoké teploty mají negativní vliv na užitkovost skotu. Průměrné hodnoty u daných kategorií, které jsem zjistil, jsou podobné, jako zjistili někteří jiní autoři ve svých pozorováních. This theses is focused on the evaluation of season influencing the meat production parameters of the breaded bulls. In this evaluation were included 93 bulls mainly of Czech Pied breed and some other hybrids of this breed. Their average parameters of the meat production were 443,7 kg carcass weight, 614,4 g net weight gain, 3,21 conformation and 2,30 greasing. The season influence on meat production was confirmed. At categories as carcass weight, net weight gain, greasing and live weight were results higher at winter and spring born bulls. At Conformation and daily growth of live weight the influence of season wasn’t conclusive. In general, my results matching with statements of other authors, that higher temperatures have negative influence on the meat performance. My average results of those all categories are similar to other authors statements.
