Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců s poskytovanými benefity a na základě zjištěných informací případně navrhnout možné vylepšení systému poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti, která se zabývá závlahovým zařízením. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla zjištěna data, ze kterých bylo možno navrhnout pro společnost určité změny. Tyto změny by měly zjednodušit celý systém výběru zaměstnaneckých výhod a měly by vést k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců i zaměstnavatele. Dílčím cíle práce je provedení analýzy závislosti slovních znaků. The aim of the thesis is to determine the employee satisfaction with the provided benefits, and furthermore, based on the acquired information suggest feasible improvements of the system providing employee benefits in the company which manage and operate irrigation equipment. The questionnaire was used to collect data which was analysed in order to suggest recommendations of certain changes within the company. These changes should improve and simplify the system of selection of employee benefits, hence should increase satisfaction of employee and employer. The next aim of the thesis is analysis of dependence of the verbal signs.
