Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem revitalizace textilního brownfieldu Perla 01 v Ústí nad Orlicí. Cílem práce je identifikovat lokální stakeholdery s jejich požadavky vůči této revitalizaci. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení praxe obnovy Perly 01 s participačními principy endogenních rozvojových teorií a odborných revitalizací brownfieldů. This bachelor thesis concerns the revitalisation of the textile brownfield Perla 01 in Ústí nad Orlicí. The goal of this thesis is to identify the local stakeholders and their demands regarding this revitalisation. Evalution of the renewal of Perla 01 in regard to participation principles of endogenous growth theory and expert revitalisations of brownfields is also a part of this thesis.
