Bakalářská práce se zaobírá výzkumem home office a jeho průběhu během pandemie Covid - 19. V bakalářské práci je poskytnutý pohled na práci v home office před pandemii, jak se tento stav změnil během pandemie a jak ho vnímají různé společnosti z jejich pohledu. Práce se skladá z dvou základních častí a to literární rešerše a analytická část. V literární rešerši je zkoumána problematika home office z různých pohledů a součástí jakými jsou legislativa, historie a vývoj home office, jednotlivé výhody a nevýhody pro zaměstnance a společnosti a BOZP. Druhá část bakalářské práce sa zaměřuje na výzkum sekundárních dat z dostupných zdrojů, které mají poskytnout celkový obraz dopadu pandemie na celou společnost, které jsou doplněné kvalitativními rozhovory se zástupci jednotlivých společností. Kvalitativní rozhovory mají odrážet reálnou situaci spoločností během pandemie Covid-19, jak rychle zvládly přechod na plnohodnotný home office a s jakými problémy se střetly během pandémie. The bachelor thesis deals with the research of the home office and its course during the Covid – 19 pandemics. The bachelor thesis provides a view of the work at the home office before the pandemic, how this situation changed during the pandemic and how it is perceived by various companies from their point of view. The work consists of two parts, namely literature research and an analytic part. The literary research examines the issue of home office from various perspectives and components such as legislation, history and development of home office, in-dividual advantages, and disadvantages for employees and companies and OSH. The second part of bachelor thesis focuses on the examination of secondary data from available sources, which should provide an overall picture of the impact of the pandemic on a whole society, which are complemented by qualitative inter-views with representatives of individual companies. The qualitative interviews are intended to reflect the real situation of companies during the Covid – 19 pan-demics, how they managed the rapid transition to a full – fledged home office and what problems they encountered during the pandemic.
