Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním klonů odrůdy Veltlínské zelené, které jsou udržovány v AMPELOS, ŠLECHTITELSKÁ STANICE VINAŘSKÁ ZNOJMO, s.r.o. Hlavním úkolem práce je provést základní chemickou analýzu, včetně analýzy dalších zvolených látek u vybraných klonů. V literární části se diplomová práce nejprve věnuje hlavnímu pojmu z názvu práce, a to odrůdě Veltlínské zelené. Dále je v krátce popsána Znojemská vinařská podoblast a poté následuje kapitola o šlechtění. Závěr literární části je věnován samotné klonové selekci. V praktické části je provedena základní chemická analýza, včetně analýzy dalších vybraných látek. Získané poznatky jsou v práci analyzovány, podrobně popsány a naměřená data jsou rovněž statisticky vyhodnocena. This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of clones of the Grüner Veltliner, which are cultivated in AMPELOS, ŠLECHTITELSKÁ STANICE VINAŘSKÁ ZNOJMO, s.r.o. The primary task of this thesis is to perform a basic chemical analysis, including the analysis of other selected substances in selected clones. In the literary part, the diploma thesis first deals with the main term from the title of the work, namely the Grüner Veltliner. Furthermore, the Znojmo wine-growing sub-region is briefly described, followed by a chapter on breeding. The conclusion of the literary part is devoted to the clone selection itself. In the practical part, a basic chemical analysis is performed, including the analysis of other selected substances. The acquired knowledge is analysed in the work, described in detail and the measured data are also statistically evaluated.
