Dřímalová, R. Interní a externí faktory ovlivňující obchodní činnost podniku. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. Práce se zabývá identifikací a zhodnocením vlivu interních a externích faktorů na ekonomické ukazatele související s obchodní činností firmy Patria Kobylí, a.s. Teoretická část vysvětluje obchodní činnosti a prostředí podniku. Věnuje se charakteristice vnitřních a vnějších faktorů a definici analýzy SWOT. Dále popisuje obchodní strategii a její změnu. Aplikace teoretických východisek je tvořena na základě získaných informací z podniku. Je provedena PEST analýza vnějšího okolí, analýza odvětví a vnitřního prostředí a syntéza získaných dat. Dále je použita SWOT analýza a její vyhodnocení. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny možnosti a doporučení pro podnik. Dřímalová R. The work deals with the identification and evaluation of the influence of internal and external factors on economic indicators related to the business activities of the company Patria Kobylí, a.s. The theoretical part explains the business activities and the environment of the company. It deals with the characteristics of internal and external factors and the definition of SWOT analysis. Furthermore, describes business strategy and its change. The application of theoretical principles is based on information obtained from the company. PEST analysis of the external envi-ronment, analysis of the industry and the internal environment and synthesis of the obtained data are performed. Furthermore, SWOT analysis and its evaluation are used. At the end of the work, the possibilities and recommendations for the company are set.
