Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem komoditní vertikály čerstvých jablek na polském trhu. Jejím hlavním cílem je vyhodnotit vývoj a změny v rámci komoditní vertikály zkoumané komodity v podmínkách Polska. Teoretická část práce v první řadě definuje současný agrární trh a globalizační procesy, které na něj působí a popisuje formování komoditních vertikál. Dále tato část popisuje biologické charakteristiky jablek a fungování jejich komoditní vertikály. Analytická část práce charakterizuje zkoumanou komoditu v kontextu vývoje světové a evropské produkce, dále se zaměřuje na formování cenových hladin v relevantních stupních vertikály zkoumané komodity a na závěr analyzuje její zahraniční obchod. This bachelor's thesis analyses the development of the commodity chain of fresh apples on the Polish market. Its main objective is to evaluate the development and changes in the commodity chain of the commodity examined within the scope of the Polish market. The theoretical part of the thesis primarily defines the current agricultural market and the globalization processes affecting it and describes the basic features of commodity chains. Furthermore, this section describes the biological characteristics of apples and the role of its commodity chain. In the analytical part, the examined commodity is defined in the context of the development of both global and European production. Next, it focuses on the determination of price levels in the relevant stages of the commodity chain and finally, its foreign trade is analysed.
