Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou životního cyklu a prodejností masných výrobků ve společnosti Uzenářství a lahůdky Sláma, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky, které budou využity v praktické části. Praktická část popisuje společnost a její sortiment. Následně jsou představena specifika fází životního cyklu a úspěšnost snížení ceny u vybraných masných produktů. Na základě těchto informací jsou v závěru práce uvedena možná doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. The Bachelor thesis deals with problems about life cycle and marketability of meat products in the company Uzenářství a lahůdky Sláma, s.r.o. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with knowledge that will be used in the practical part. The practical part describes the company and its products. Subsequently are introduced the specifics of phase of the life cycle and the success of a price reduction on selected meat products. In conclusion are based on this information said the possible recommendations for improvement of the current situation.
