Tématem diplomové práce je projektové řešení území lokálního biocentra v obci Čejč. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá východisky práce, a to především problematikou krajinné struktury a její analogie se skladebnými částmi územního systému ekologické stability (ÚSES), vymezování ÚSES, jeho realizace na nelesních pozemcích a možnými střety s dalšími zájmy v území. Teoretická část dále popisuje metodiku terénního šetření a zpracování výsledků. Jsou navrženy tři varianty, z nichž je na základě teoretických východisek a požadavků zadání vybráno optimální řešení, včetně popisu procesu rozhodování. Zvolené řešení je zpracováno v praktické části práce, v podobě projektu realizační dokumentace stavby. The topic of this master thesis deals with the local biocentre project solution in the village Čejč. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the basis of the project, especially the issue of landscape structure and its analogy with structural parts of the territorial system of ecological stability (TSES), the definition of TSES, its implementation on non-forest land and possible conflicts with other interests in the area. The theoretical part further describes the methodology of field research and processing of results. Three variants are proposed, from which the optimal solution is selected due to theoretical background and assignment requirements. This includes a description of the decision-making process. Chosen solution is processed in the practical part of the thesis, in the project with the form of construction realisation documentation.
