Bakalářská práce Vliv stresu na pracovní výkon pracovníků se zabývá tím, jak stres působí na pracovní výkon. Cílem práce je identifikovat stresové faktory na pracovišti ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních charakteristik souvisejících se stresem, pracovním stresem a vlivem stresu na pracovní výkon. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 31 zaměstnanců wellness centra 4Comfort, výsledky byly podpořeny řízeným rozhovorem s koordinátorem provozu. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení antistresového klimatu v dané firmě. Veverková, A. The influence of stress on work performance. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. The bachelor thesis The impact of stress on work performance deals with how stress affects work performance. The aim of the thesis is to identify stress factors in the workplace in a selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic characteristics related to stress, work stress and the effect of stress on working performance. In the practical part, research was conducted using a questionnaire survey involving 31 employees of the 4Comfort wellness centre, the results were supported by a controlled interview with the operations coordinator. The thesis concludes by proposing recommendations for improving the anti-stress climate in the company.
