Cílem práce bylo ověření pravostí označení taxonů rodu Origanum L. Hodnocený sortiment byl kultivován na experimentálních plochách ZF MENDELU v roce 2014. Celé hodnocení výsledků práce proběhlo v témţe roce. Sortiment byl popsán z hlediska morfologie. Byly hodnoceny tyto morfologické znaky: výška rostlin, velikost listů, výška květenství, barva listů a květů. Dále byly zaznamenany údaje o fenologických fázích taxonů. Vzorky dobromysli byly hodnoceny z hlediska mnoţství silic destilací a silice pak byly podrobeny kvalitativnímu hodnocení metodou GC-MC. Genetická příbuznost byla hodnocena pomocí metody AFLP. The aim was to verify the authenticity marking taxa genus Origanum L. The sortments were grown at the experimental plots ZF MENDELU in 2014. The analysis of the evaluation results of the work carriedout was laso done in the same year. The assortments were morphological described. The morphological characters were such as: plant height, leaf size, inflorescence height, color of the leaves and flowers. Further details were recorded on phenological phases of the taxa. Oregano samples were assessed for quantity of essential oils by distillation and the essential oils was then subjected to qualitative evaluation using the GC-MC method. The genetic relationships were evaluated using the AFLP methods.
