Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu motivačních prvků na finanční výkonnost podniku a posouzení efektivnosti implementace vybraných nástrojů motivace zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část, literární rešerše, obsahuje podklady potřebné pro vypracování praktické části. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího motivačního programu společnosti Alpiq Generation (CZ), s. r. o., a návrh případných zlepšení. Bauerová, M. Methods of employee's motivation and their impact on the financial efficiency of the company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of incentives on the financial efficiency of the company and assessment of the effectiveness of implementation of selected types of motivation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes the documentation which creates a base for a practical part. The second part focuses on the analysis of existing program of motivation in Alpiq Generation (CZ), Ltd., and the suggestions of possible improvements.
