[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá spotřebitelským chováním na trhu módního průmyslu se zaměřením na pomalou módu, tj. Slow Fashion. Práce je orientovaná na slovenský trh a zkoumá chování slovenských spotřebitelů. Současně práce sleduje aktuální trendy módního průmyslu, které respektují udržitelné aspekty módy. Za účelem identifikace faktorů ovlivňujících spotřebitele při nákupu oblečení, a rovněž pro zjištění současného postoje spotřebitelů k Slow Fashion je proveden kvantitativní výzkum. Kvantitativní výzkum je v diplomové práci uskutečněn v podobě dotazníkového šetření (n = 441) s cílovou skupinou respondentů ve věku 15 až 64 let. Podle výsledků dotazníku za nejdůležitější faktory při nákupu oblečení považují respondenti kvalitu, cenu, vzhled a střih a materiál. Pořadí důležitosti faktorů se u mužů a žen liší. Na základě provedeného dotazníku a získaných poznatků jsou v závěru práce navrhnuty doporučení určené výrobcům i prodejcům Slow Fashion, kteří v tomto odvětví často vystupují jako jeden a tentýž subjekt.The diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour in the fashion industry market with a focus on Slow Fashion. The thesis orientates on the Slovak market and examines the behaviour of Slovak consumers. The thesis also tracks the latest fashion trends, which are respectable to the sustainable aspects of the fashion industry. A quantitative research is conducted in order to identify the factors that influence consumers when buying clothing, as well as to determine consumers' current attitudes toward Slow Fashion. The quantitative research in the diploma thesis is performed in the form of a questionnaire (n = 441) with a target group of respondents aged 15 to 64 years. According to the results of the questionnaire, respondents consider quality, price, look and fit, and material as the most important factors when buying clothes. The order of importance of the factors differs between men and women. Based on the results of the elaborated questionnaire and the acquired knowledge are in the conclusion proposed recommendations intended for both Slow Fashion manufacturers and retailers, who often act in this field as one and the same subject.
