Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem současné legislativní úpravy na proces schvalování vozidel v Evropské unii. Literární část popisuje významné historické události schvalování vozidel v Evropě a podrobněji vysvětluje pojmy jako homologační soustava EU, sankce, prohlášení o shodě a výhody EU schválení typu, jejichž objasnění je klíčové pro pochopení řešené problematiky. V praktické části je za pomoci analýzy legislativní úpravy Evropské unie a mezinárodních organizací, jejichž vliv zasahuje do evropského způsobu homologování vozidel, vytvořen ucelený postup, který může být nápomocný výrobcům zemědělské techniky při procesech schvalování traktorů. Na závěr jsou vytknuty významné nedostatky a mezery v legislativě, které představují komplikace, s nimiž se výrobci vozidel musí potýkat. The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the current legislation on the processes of European vehicle approvals. The literature part describes important historical events of vehicle approval in Europe and explains in more detail concepts such as the EU type-approval system, sanctions, declarations of conformity and the benefits of EU type-approval, the clarification of which is key to understanding the issues addressed. In the practical part, a comprehensive procedure is created using analysis of the legislation of the European Union and of international organizations, whose influence interferes with the European method of vehical approval. The comprehensive procedure can assist manufacturers of agricultural machinery in tractor approval processes. There are pointed out in the final part significant shortcomings and gaps in the legislation are identified, which are complications that vehicle manufacturers have to deal with.
