[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá řešením otázky zapomenutých industriálních areálů a jejich přeměny z pohledu několika následujících let, dokud se nezmění jejich struktura a nepromění se na zastavěné plochy. Jedním z takových využití prostoru je transformace na dočasný park s krátkodobými událostmi. Území se nachází v Bratislavě, přesněji v městské části Nové Město, jedná se o železniční stanici a překládkové kolejiště, opuštěné od roku 1989. Základem práce je definování pojmů, přiblížení otázky Brownfields, její řešení a konverze na park. Dále jsou v práci zahrnuty referenční příklady s různými činiteli dočasnosti, průmyslová historie Bratislavy a samotná výstavba v průběhu 20. století. Návrhová část se zabývá analýzami modelového území, od frekventovanosti dopravy, přes občanskou vybavenost, až po zeleň v ulicích. Práce pokračuje otázkou řešení modelového území, konceptem, návrhem a vizualizacemi na jednotlivé prostory. Hlavním cílem práce bylo přiblížit problematiku brownfields ve městech a jejich řešení jinak než výstavbou nových městských čtvrtí, ale jako městských parků, které svým vizuálem a historií mohou mít větší hodnotu, než samotný park vytvořen při nové výstavbě.The thesis seeks to address the issue of abandoned industrial sites and their transformation into built-up areas with a different structure over the next few years. One of the possible solutions is the transformation of such sites into temporary parks with short-term events. The area in question is located in the Nové Mesto district in Bratislava and features a railway station and transhipment tracks, abandoned since 1989. The basis of the thesis is the definition of concepts, focus on the brownfield issue and its solution, and transformation into a park. Furthermore, the thesis introduces references with various factors of temporality, industrial history of Bratislava and the actual urban development during the 20th century. The design part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the model area, from the frequency of traffic to community amenities and leafy streets. It also provides the solution for the model area, focusing on concept, design and visualizations of individual spaces. The main purpose of the thesis is to expound the issue of brownfield lands in cities and to find a solution which would not lie in building new neighbourhoods, but rather in building city parks whose visuals and history can bring greater value than parks created as part of a new built-up area.
