Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavit návrh doporučení na rozvoj motivace zaměstnanců marketingové agentury v pracovním prostředí home office. Teoretickou část práce tvoří přehled odborných východisek souvisejícich s motivací a pracovní spokojeností zaměstnanců. Analytická část obsahuje provedení vnitřní analýzy společnosti pomocí metody 7S a vyhodnocení kvantitativního výzkumu. Výsledná doporučení, navrhované s ohledem na znalosti z analytické části, jsou ekonomicky zhodnocené a připravené na implementaci ve firmě. Kolláriková, N. This bachelor's thesis aim is to compile a recommendation draft to develop the motivation of a marketing agency employees in a home office work environment. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of an overview of professional sources related to motivation and employee job satisfaction. The analytical part includes the company's internal analysis using the 7S method and the quantitative research evaluation. The resulting recommendations, designed concerning the knowledge from the analytical part, are economically evaluated and acceptable for implementation in the company.
