[cze][eng] Jedním z klíčových cílů Evropské unie bylo vytvořit jednotný prostor plateb v zemích patřících do Evropského hospodářského společenství na základě principů měnové unie. Proto orgány Evropské unie vytvořily projekt SEPA, který usnadňuje platební systém ve všech zemích zainteresovaných do tohoto projektu a umožňuje provádět přeshraniční platby za stejných podmínek jako domácí. Práce se věnuje charakteristice SEPA, legislativní a právní normě, která upravuje systém SEPA. Popsané jsou i SEPA nástroje a instituce tohoto projektu. Práce zahrnuje i průběh, orgány SEPA a nástroje SEPA na Slovensku. Praktická část se věnuje analýze dat na základě vytvořených dotazníků. Obsahuje analýzu informovanosti, využívání, přínosů a dopadů Jednotné oblasti na fyzické a právnické osoby České republiky, jak účastníků bezhotovostního platebního styku na základě vytvořených dotazníků.One of the key goal of European Union was create single europe payments in countries in European economic community on the base of principals of the monetary union. Therefore, agencies of the European union created project SEPA, which eases payments system in all countries participated in this project and enables to transfer cross-border payments in same conditions like domestic payments. Thesis professes to characteristic of SEPA, legislative and law standard, which regulates system SEPA. There are described SEPA instruments and institutions of this project. Thesis involves also process, institutions and instruments of SEPA in Slovakia. Practical part of thesis focuses on analysis of data obtained from created questionnaires. It contains an analysis of information, the use, value and impact of the Single European natural and legal persons of Slovakia as participants cashless payments based on a questionnaires.
