Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím poznatků o mikroklimatických poměrech jeskyní. V první části práce je zpracovaný literární přehled. Rešerše obsahuje hlavní témata jako jsou podnebí, jeskyně, jeskyní mikroklima a monitoring, ostatní výzkumy prováděné v jeskyních a zahraniční výzkumy. V jeskyních jak u nás, tak i v zahraničí se v poslední době monitoring mikroklimatu rozšířil. Mikroklima uvnitř jeskyní se začalo postupně měnit s nárůstem turistů. Právě díky výzkumům, které uvnitř jeskyní probíhají, se mohou měnící se parametry sledovat a prostřednictvím určitých opatření regulovat. V práci nalezneme také témata jako jsou jeskynní biota, netopýři a lampenflora. Práci uzavírá charakteristika zájmového území a to Moravského krasu a vyhodnocení teplotních poměrů v Kateřinské jeskyni. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of knowledge about the cave microclimate conditions. The first part of thesis is a literature review. Review contains major topics such as climate, caves, cave microclimate and monitoring, other studies carried out in caves and research done abroad. Caves microclimate monitoring, being performed both at home and abroad, have recently expanded. The microclimate inside the caves began to change gradually with the increase of tourists. Thanks researches, which takes place inside the caves, it is possible to observe recently changing parameters. Than it is possible to maintain the control through specific measures. There are also topics such as cave biota, bats and lampenflora in the thesis. The thesis concludes characteristics of the area and the Moravian Karst and evaluation of temperature in Catherine Cave
