Abstrakt: Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část a zabývá se analýzou vad ve výrobním procesu montáže sestav. Účelem diplomové práce bude identifikovat slabá místa možných vad ve výrobním procesu pomocí metody procesní analýzy možného výskytu a vlivu vad (PFMEA, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Analýza procesu možných výskytů vad se stává důležitou součástí při ruční montáži sestavy konektorů pro automobilový průmysl. V praktické části diplomové práce bude prokázána procesní analýza eliminace rizik při montáži sestav jednotlivých dílů pro finální výrobek a prevence předcházením vad ve výrobním procesu sestavy za pomocí nástroje procesní FMEA. Diplomová práce ukazuje význam implementace procesní analýzy FMEA a inovaci procesů pomocí modifikace zařízení. Prokazuje zlepšení kvality vyrobených kusů, zvýšení produktivity práce a ekonomické zlepšení výrobního procesu. Abstract: The diploma thesis contains a theoretical and practical part and deals with the analysis of defects in the production process assembly of assemblies. The purpose of the thesis will be to identify the weaknesses of possible defects in the production process using the method of process analysis of the possible occurrence and impact of defects (PFMEA, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). The process analysis of possible defects becomes an important part of the manual assembly of the connector assembly for the automotive industry. The practical part of the diploma thesis will demonstrate the process analysis of risk elimination in the assembly of assemblies of individual parts for the final product and prevention by preventing defects in the assembly production process using the FMEA process tool. The diploma thesis shows the importance of implementing FMEA process analysis and process innovation through device modification. It demonstrates improved quality of manufactured pieces, increased labor productivity and economic improvement of the production process.
