Bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu strategie pro ubytovací zařízení Chalupa INKA pro zvýšení jeho návštěvnosti. Byla provedena analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a jako marketingový průzkum bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. Na základě analýzy prostředí a výsledků dotazníku byla zhotovena SWOT analýza. Navrhnuty byly celkem 4 strategie vedoucí ke zvýšení návštěvnosti tohoto ubytovacího zařízení, z nichž byla vybrána a podrobně zhodnocena strategie spolupráce s dalšími portály a zavedení recenzí. The bachelor thesis focuses on designing a strategy for the accommodation Chalupa INKA to increase its attendance. The analysis of the external and internal environment were made and a questionnaire survey was used as a marketing research. Based on the analysis of the environment and the results of the questionnaire, the SWOT analysis was made. A total of 4 strategies leading to increase the attendance of this accommodation were proposed, from which the strategy of cooperation with other portals and the introduction of reviews was chosen and evaluated in detail.
