Předmětem této bakalářské práce je ověřit, zdali existuje závislost mezi stresem a pracovním výkonem zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Literární rešerše se zabývá definicemi stresu a stresorů, jak je stres vnímán na základě pohlaví a charakteru člověka, působením stresu uvnitř podniku, jak je stres ovlivněn ekonomikou a dále teoretickým doporučením pro odbourání stresu. Analytická část se věnuje kvantitativnímu šetření, které má formu dotazníku. Na základě vyhodnocených dat jsou vyhotoveny doporučení pro minimalizaci či odstranění stresových faktorů z pracoviště ve vybraném podniku. Madrova, E. The effect of stress on employee performance in the selected company. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to verify whether there is a dependence between stress and work performance of employees in the selected company. The literature research is focussed on definition of stress and stressors, how stress is affected on basis of gender and individual character, effects of stress within the company, how stress is affected by the economy. Furthermore, the theoretical recommendations for stress reduction are included. The analytical part contains quantitative survey in the form of questionnaire. Using evaluated data, recommendations are made to eliminate or reduce stress factors from the workplace of the chosen company.
