Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá určováním výšek stromů a korunového zápoje. K získání těchto porostních charakteristik byly využity nové metody dálkového průzkumu Země -- bezpilotní letouny (UAV). Práci tvoří dvojí měření, a to pozemní a letecké. V pozemním měření byly zjištěny polohy stromů a jejich výšky, v leteckém bylo provedeno plošné snímkování těchto stromů. Pomocí sw ArcMap byla obojí data analyzována za účelem detekce jednotlivých stromů, zjištění jejich výšek a korunových projekcí. V závěru práce je kladen důraz na statistické vyhodnocení přesnosti leteckých výsledků oproti pozemnímu měření. Závěr této práce představuje nové možnosti plnohodnotného využití UAV technologií v lesním hospodářství. The bachelor's thesis focused on the determination of the tree height and canopy density. To obtain the forest characteristics, new method of remote sensing -- unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) -- was used. The thesis consisted of two types of measurements, i.e. land and air. Using the ground measurement, the position and the height of trees were determined, using the aerial measurement, areal photographing of the trees was carried out. The acquired data were analysed via ArcMap software to detect the individual trees, determine their height and crown projections. The conclusion put the emphasis on the statistical evaluation of the accuracy of the aerial results compared to the ground measurements. The conclusion of this work represents the new possibilities of a full-fledged use of UAV technologies in forest management.
