Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady emisního podvodu společnosti Volkswagen Group na rozhodování spotřebitele. Zaměřuje se zejména na změny jeho chování před a po vypuknutí aféry v rámci preference značky a dieselového motoru. Analýza je doplněna prodeji skupiny Volkswagen, podíly naftových motorů u nově registrovaných vozidel ve vybraných zemích a v závěru obsahuje pohled na vývoj konfigurace vybraného modelu koncernu v čase. Na základě provedené analýzy dat došlo k posouzení, zda měl samotný emisní podvod negativní dopad na budoucí rozhodování spotřebitele a jak velkou roli sehrály další faktory. The bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of Volkswagen’s emission fraud on consumer‘s decisions. This paper focuses mainly on changes in customer‘s decision-making process before and after the outbreak of the affair. The analytical part is supported by deliveries of Volkswagen Group, market shares of diesel engines and its evolution at newly registered vehicles in chosen countries. This paper also includes an evolution overview of configurations of the selected model over time. Based on the performed data analysis, an assessment was made as to whether emission fraud had a negative impact on consumer decisions and which other factors were important as well
